Did you have a certain style in mind when you started your search for a dress dress ,
I started out thinking I wanted a mermaid style.  I didn’t think I wanted lace or a ballroom style dress which is funny because that’s exactly what I picked,

What made you decide on your Vera Wang gown,
Vera Wang was the first store I went to and the store I was most excited about going to.  I loved so many of the dresses dresses I saw there but when I tried on the Eliza I fell in love.  After that I went to a few other stores but I kept trying on the Eliza at those stores so I knew it was the one.  In the dress I felt like the best version of myself, beautiful and confidant.

Did you bring anyone along dress shopping, If so, did their opinions influence your final decision,

How did you accessorize to make your wedding day outfit unique,
I wore dangly earrings that my best friend lent me and the bracelet my sister wore to her wedding, I wanted the dress to be the main focus so I kept it simple.

What was the inspiration or theme for your wedding,
I wanted the wedding to have a romantic feel.   My fabulous wedding planner Lindsay Landman did the most amazing job of bringing all of the elements of the wedding together to create a glowy romantic setting.

Did your gown style relate to any other design elements of the wedding,
The layers of tulle and pleats at the bottom of my dress evoked a modern feel that was reflected through our programs, menu, and cake which all featured similar geometric prints of purple.  The lace at the top of the dress and the full skirt brought out the romantic elements of the room such as the hundreds of votive candles that surrounded the windows.

Did you incorporate any other Vera Wang products into your wedding, halter cocktail dress If so, how,
I wore a Vera Wang veil which my sister wore to her wedding.  short red prom dresses uk ; I loved wearing something that she wore on her wedding day.

What was your favorite part of the day,
The whole day was amazing but my favorite part was seeing my husband for the first time.  I was so nervous beforehand and once I saw him for the first look, the stress melted away and all I could think about was how happy I was.

What tips do you have for new brides picking out their wedding dress wedding dress ,
The best advice I can give to new brides picking out their wedding dresses is to try everything on, even if you think the style is not for you.  I was sure I didn’t want lace or a ball gown but my sister said “Why don’ body Wraps t you try it,” about the Eliza and it was the one.  What I thought would look good on me was totally different from what did look good on me.  Also, keep in mind it’s more about a feeling than what the dress looks like.  When you know, cocktail dress cocktail dress you know.
